Event Review
Supernats 2009 powerage
An interesting start to the day, the weather was pretty average and the event organisation was a little better.
After a little chat with the organisers, the F.T.F. club was set up and ready to have some fun.
The driving events started with the Go-to-whoa, with Leo finishing the highest in the club.
Then the drags. Run over the 1/8th mile, we had first round of practice bringing some unexpected results and lots of smoke and fun, and some good times (even without time slips)
Frank entered in the powerslide and reports were that he had an absolute blast doing it.
The elimination roundof the 1/8th mile drags, had frank and myself eliminated in first round by SS/AA cars, Matt eliminated in the third round (even though his competitor red light).
Congratulations goes to Meg and Eric for winning top late muscle car award.
